WEATHER 08/01: In its 24-hour forecast issued Friday morning, PAGASA said there will be monsoon rains in Zambales and Bataan. Meanwhile, there will be occasional rains in Metro Manila, the rest of Central Luzon, the regions of Ilocos, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol, and Western Visayas. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
